The Goole Train Manufacturing Facility, delivered by Siemens, aims to put Goole at the forefront of the rail manufacturing industry. The project will deliver circa 860,000sqft of manufacturing, commissioning, warehouse buildings and stabling sidings, as well as office and welfare facilities.

Following careful examination for the requirements for bottling in the future, Scottish Courage Brewing Limited proposed a new bottling facility on the existing John Smith’s Brewery Site at Tadcaster.
Asda Home Shopping Distribution Centre, Nottingham

Conversion and extension of existing industrial unit to form 100,000 sqft automated home shopping distribution centre for Asda. The project included installation of a 7,000 sqft storage mezzanine and elevated fully automated conveyor system.
Hazlewood Foods, Hull

This bakery commenced production in March 2001 and at £14.0m and 263,000 sq. ft. is the largest facility in Europe. The fastrack design and build programme with Miller Construction was completed on time and to budget overcoming adverse weather and ground conditions to produce an extremely cost effective building.
Storage King, Hounslow

New-build self-storage unit in Hounslow, adjacent to Heathrow airport.
Mutli-storey unit with 82,260 sq ft internal floor area, split over four floors. The majority of storage area is provided by demountable mezzanine structure.
SP Print, Redditch

A design and build 150,000 sq. ft. print production building for Gazeley Properties completed in only 12 weeks despite adverse weather and ground conditions.
Euro Car Parts, Tamworth

A 780,000sqft distribution warehouse with a further 230,000sqft concrete mezzanine was required as part of the fit out. The building is 18m to underside of haunch and TGW were responsible for providing all MHE for the project including a Mini-Load, Stingray,
Sure Store, Eastern Avenue, Lichfield

The 1.5acre site of a former underwear factory in Lichfield was converted to a new storage business by Hortons’ Estates Limited who developed the new 18,000sq ft building. The redevelopment of the former industrial site was in keeping with the numerous regeneration projects ongoing within the surrounding area.
Littlebrook, Dartford

The site of the former Littlebrook power stations, adjacent to the Elizabeth Crossing at Dartford. MJM were part of the Bericote team which successfully bid for the site.
Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead

This site consisted of 2 speculative units for Gazeley totalling 430,000sqft. The FFL of unit 2 was approximately 4m higher than unit 1 due to the levels at each access point into the site.
