We regularly advise clients before site acquisition on the development risks and abnormals associated with these sites. We treat existing brownfield sites and demolition materials as a resource and not a problem.
The majority of our workload is commercial projects where project costs are critically important. At MJM we have a culture of cost awareness and economic design. We incorporate value engineering as a matter of course throughout all of our projects.
