A 780,000sqft distribution warehouse with a further 230,000sqft concrete mezzanine was required as part of the fit out. The building is 18m to underside of haunch and TGW were responsible for providing all MHE for the project including a Mini-Load, Stingray, VNA racking and wide aisle racking as well as the usual conveyors. MJM Consulting Engineers were retained by the client to carry out a coordinated fit out design with TGW. We were also employed in an advisory capacity liaising between the developer’s team and the fit out team to oversee construction to ensure that our client’s requirements were fully met.
