Residential development with eight new apartment blocks totalling 225 apartments for Cheyne Capital on a former industrial site on the edge of Sheffield city centre. This is one of a number of residential projects that we are currently working on with Whittam Cox Architects. Demolition and site preparation works are complete and construction of the permanent works, including piling and reinforced concrete frames is almost complete. An existing listed kiln building is to be retained and refurbished within the development.
