Alternative forms of construction considered and priced including pre-cast concrete frame, tunnel form construction, modular steel construction and timber frame (up to 4 stories). Steel frame with composite metal deck floors considered most economical and was progressed to fully designed and detailed tender package. Piled foundations and extensive boundary retaining walls.
