Detailed design carried out and full tender drawings prepared for developer/contractor. RC Tunnel Form construction assessed in detail prior to opting for structural steel frame with rc cores and transfer slab at first floor supported on a reinforced concrete frame to basement. Piled and basement raft foundation.
