Kirkgate / Queensgate, Bradford

Another highly complex £2.0m structural engineering project for CDP on a confined city centre site to create modern multi-storey retail and leisure units. The original semi-derelict buildings were demolished except for the listed Queensgate façade which was retained and refurbished.

Enterprise Centre, Chesterfield

The Northern Gateway scheme – includes an enterprise centre on the site of Holywell Cross (Donut) car park – due to open for business in early 2022.
As part of a wider regeneration plan this development opportunity included a public realm design that connects the Northern Gateway towards the historic Town Centre.

Rugby Club, Kendal

Tortworth Court Hotel, Wotton-under-Edge

MJM were appointed by De Vere Hotels, part of Starwood Hotels, in 2015 to provide civil and structural engineering services for a £10m programme of refurbishment and renovations to this wonderful Victorian Grade 2* listed building which were completed in 2018.

Martins Bank, Liverpool

MJM have been appointed by Principal Hotels as civil and structural engineer for the due diligence process prior to acquisition and then for the various engineering works required to convert this unique Grade 2* former bank headquarters into the city’s first 5* hotel close to the Liverpool waterfront world heritage site.
