A very large retail park in excess of 500,000sqft for Stadium Developments. The buildings are of relatively standard portal frame construction but ground conditions on this former steelworks were most unusual.

The park forms part of the Haydon District Centre with the adjacent Asda WalMart supercentre, library, health centre and restaurants etc. and includes tenants such as Homebase, Next, Comet, Borders and JJB Sports in a 2 storey retail and fitness centre.
Sofology, York

Portal frame with lattice trusses on ground bearing pads. Various types of elevation have been used such as timber cladding, glass curtain walling and render. The project was designed and run to comply with the BREEAM standards.

A city centre development located in the conservation area within Worcester. The site had historically been used for the production of vinegar. The development consisted of numerous, multipurpose units including a supermarket and a multi-storey car park.

Newgate Centre, Bishop Aukland

This £2m refurbishment of a 1970’s Town Centre shopping development was undertaken on behalf of ASDA Stores Ltd. The scheme, for implementation after development of the new ASDA store in Bishop Auckland, includes a radical overhaul and refurbishment of the centre, including the entrances, finishes, the provision of additional lifts and a new central atrium.

Town centre redevelopment comprising an 80,000 sq ft supermarket with basement car parking and 16 new retail and restaurant units linking into an existing shopping mall.
