MJM have been appointed by Principal Hotels as civil and structural engineer for the due diligence process prior to acquisition and then for the various engineering works required to convert this unique Grade 2* former bank headquarters into the city’s first 5* hotel close to the Liverpool waterfront world heritage site.
Construction is scheduled to start on site in early 2020 for completion in 2021. The wonderful interior of the building is still largely intact and regularly used for filming and will be preserved and enhanced in the finished hotel.
