MJM Consulting Engineers has been instructed to proceed to stage D design for this prestigious mixed use development located in the centre of Hull. The £70m development for Manor Property Group includes a 23 storey residential tower in addition to a multi storey hotel and multi storey student and key worker accommodation located above a two storey basement housing a casino and parking. Morgan Sindall is the main contractor and Leach Rhodes Walker is providing Architectural services.
