MJM provided civil and structural engineering services for the redevelopment a School in Coalville, Leicestershire.

The £17.5 million project involved demolishing several existing buildings and constructing a new two-storey teaching block, alongside a three-court Multi-Use Games Area and new landscaping.

The school remained open during construction, so MJM coordinated the civil, structural, drainage, transport and geotechnical work around an active site, designing the scheme to meet Department for Education requirements.
