Phase 2 of G Park Stoke included a 136,000sqft manufacturing facility for UK composite door manufacturer Solidor allowing the company to combine five facilities under one roof. This new facility includes 3 storey offices, internal mezzanines, yards and car park. The extensive enabling works designed by MJM ensured that this brownfield site was at formation level, fully capped, drained and ready to build on. This dramatically reduced the construction period and the Main Contractor was delighted with the condition of the site at the start of the project.
