This £2m refurbishment of a 1970’s Town Centre shopping development was undertaken on behalf of ASDA Stores Ltd. The scheme, for implementation after development of the new ASDA store in Bishop Auckland, includes a radical overhaul and refurbishment of the centre, including the entrances, finishes, the provision of additional lifts and a new central atrium.

Another highly complex £2.0m structural engineering project for CDP on a confined city centre site to create modern multi-storey retail and leisure units. The original semi-derelict buildings were demolished except for the listed Queensgate façade which was retained and refurbished.
