A complex multi-storey cinema for the Stadium Group adjoining the food court of the large shopping complex. A complicated layout and changes in floor and auditorium levels required careful design and detailing, particularly to minimise noise transmission.
Piled foundations were complicated by the presence of extensive services, obstructions and existing foundations.
MJM have worked with Stadium for over 20 years successfully completing over 2.0m sq. ft. of retail, commercial and industrial projects.
