A £36m project to create a 4*+ luxury hotel with 180 bedrooms within the shell of this historic Grade 2* building for Principal Hotels.
MJM were appointed by Principal Hotels, part of Starwood Hotels, for civil and structural engineering services for the hotel works and were also appointed by the landlord, Hortons Estate, for the completion of the landlord’s shell works before the hotel works commenced.
