Redevelopment of existing retail park comprising construction of a new 75,000 sq ft Morrisons food store and 100,000 sq ft of non food retail space to complement the retained 40,000 sq ft of retail space. A requirement of the contract was for the retail park to be accessible to the public during the works which required detailed phasing to maximise the number of car parking spaces available whilst maintaining a safe environment for construction workers and customers.
