Two New Schools for Leeds

MJM have recently completed projects for 2 new schools based in the north and south of Leeds. The new schools, which are Specialist Inclusive Learning Centres are 2-3 storey buildings created using Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) with intermediate steelwork to enhance the structural integrity. Both sites were brown field sites and each had their own challenges, particularly in terms of existing services and drainage. Both schools were completed in time for the new academic year starting September 2015.
