This 250,000 sq ft industrial building was designed and detailed by our Civil & Structural team for CWC Ltd.
Our Highways team were instrumental in securing planning consent ensuring that the project completed on time.
MJM have supported Clowes to secure the consent for over 1.5 million square feet of high calibre distribution and production space at Castlewood Business Park in Alfreton. Transport reports and Travel Plans were produced for each plot and numerous technical assessments were undertaken to demonstrate that the impact of the proposals on the local highway network would not be severe. Layout and parking advice was provided to IMA, the project architect, to ensure each plot was deliverable and suitable to meet the needs of future users.
