Mixed Use Development – Banbury

MJM are thrilled to be working for Hawkstone and Scottish Widows on this prestigious mixed use development in Banbury. The development has a build value of approximately £30m and includes a new multi-storey hotel, multiplex cinema, retail units and restaurants along with basement car parks. The site is situated between the River Churwell and Oxford Canal and also includes construction of a pedestrian bridge over the Canal along with the upgrade of the existing shopping centre. The 2nd phase incorporates a supermarket on stilts with parking below. The scheme has got outline planning permission and MJMC are providing civil structural and highways engineering services.
