This 70,000sqft Non Food Retail & leisure development adjacent to Bangor town centre is another key project for Morbaine.
The building aesthetics have been influenced by the inclusion of local vernacular materials whilst maintaining a contemporary design feel.
The two end units are to be occupied by Matalan and PC World, both single storey units, whilst the middle unit is a two storey unit for JJB Sports, incorporating a ground floor swimming pool as part of the leisure facilities.
