Argos Magna Park

At 380,000 sq. ft. this state of the art distribution and storage facility was completed to exacting standards and a rapid design and build programme by the then industry standards.

MJM have now completed over 2.0m sq. ft of such buildings for Gazeley Properties in an ongoing relationship beginning in 1985. The site required an extensive earthwork cut and fill operation in which existing materials were carefully selected for re-use according to suitability in specific locations under the building and external pavements.
