The majority of our workload is commercial projects where project costs are critically important. At MJM we have a culture of cost awareness and economic design. We incorporate value engineering as a matter of course throughout all of our projects.

We have extensive experience of difficult and contaminated 'brownfield' sites where in many cases our advice has been crucial in establishing the viability of projects. We regularly advise clients before site acquisition on the development risks and abnormals associated with these sites. We treat existing brownfield sites and demolition materials as a resource and not a problem.

Quality Management:

MJM Consulting Engineers has a quality management system certified to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. We also hold separate environmental management certification for ISO 14001:2015. The quality system is constantly reviewed and updated by our own fully qualified, in-house Quality Manager.
